Prior to founding Oak Hill Mr. Raffoul was a managing partner at a leading independent marketing and distribution firm. In that time he was responsible for all aspects of client development and capital raising. Prior to that, he was at Canada’s largest independent institutional money manager Fiera Capital where he led sales initiatives across Canada.
Mr. Singh's experience includes various roles in both corporate finance and asset management. After starting his career at Dynamic Funds, he worked at a Toronto family office focusing on private equity. Leveraging his relationships in the retail brokerage and family office channels, Anil focuses on wholesaling alternative products and mid market corporate finance.
After starting his career in London, England as an investment banker, Mr. Robinson moved to Canada and commenced work in the Corporate Banking Media and Telecom group at The Bank of Nova Scotia. Jonathan then went on to run the sales and trading operation of Westwind Partners (later Thomas Wiesel) and then founded the brokerage Sandfire Securities (later Northland Capital Partners. While at Sandfire/Northland, Jonathan completed over 80 transactions as lead banker while directing all strategic and operational matters. Jonathan now assists Oak Hill with corporate advisory services utilizing his skills across equity capital markets and his extensive and prolific network.
Ron has 25 years of experience in the technology sector as an operator, investor, analyst, and investment banker specializing in M&A, equity and debt. As an operator, Ron has been CEO, CTO and Product Manager with direct experience in fintech, enterprise software, and marketing automation. Ron has experience as a Venture Capitalist investing in early stage technology, and as a hedge fund analyst responsible for selecting stocks and balancing risk in a portfolio. Ron was a top-ranked research analyst for eight years, specializing in technology, media, and communications with nearly a $500M of capital raised within his coverage list.
